BITE:
Defining what life looks and feels like when it’s aligned is both unique and the same for everyone. What is the same for all people is that there is a significant positive change from living life aligned.
An alignment is an adjustment from a chiropractor who practices the right method for you and your body. There are over 100 methods, or techniques, in chiropractic. Why? Because this profession is not only a Art, but a Science and Philosophy. What this means is that there will be a different experience from each chiropractor you see, yet the outcome should be similar: You feel and function better because the adjustment helped you relieve stress in your spine and body. Be more present with your loved ones, feel better, serve with a smile, and show up in life feeling well and less stressed.
Why Does this matter to you?
Health is an inside job. Taking a pill or receiving an adjustment is not creating health. Strengthening your innate ability to heal is creating health and that means doing the work to help you feel better. Pills are synthetic and all have negative side effects that adversely affect your health. Read the inserts they provide for clarity. Adjustments are natural influences to your body that have positive side effects.
- Feeling Balanced
- Freedom of Expression
- Comfort
- Spiritual Awakening.
What is unique to each of us after we are aligned|adjusted|balanced by our chiropractor, is what we do, think and say with our better connection to our nervous system and health. Feeling better allows us to focus our thoughts, actions and words on what we desire for our big picture goals without having the distraction of pain or inner ‘noise in the body or mind.
To me, the adjustment is the centerpiece to all my other self care tools to work better that include prayer, meditation, exercise, essential oils, diet, sleep, creating art, and being of service.
