How Essential Oil’s can change your life
BIT:
Essential oils are no joke, when produced therapeutically (over 90% are not), they safely & affordably support our body, mind, emotions, relationships, & home.
BITE:
Would you be interested in better sleep, digestion, elimination, exercise, moods, or more energy? We make thousands of choices in these areas daily.
According to a Psychology Today source, we make over 35,000 choices a day; about one every two seconds. Because lifestyle choices, along with the essential oils, & product brand choices we make daily have long term affects on us.
If you are using synthetic chemicals as a choice over & over, you are making your body work harder & build a toxic load daily. Check out the studies on essential oils, there are thousands! Search them on PubMed.com & you will find over 21,000 papers on them.
Meal:
Incredibly our body makes approximately 37 thousand billion billion chemical reactions per second. Essential oils are not only natural but extremely complex. The “Seed to Seal” guarantee of Young Living oils is about quality control so that the purity & complexity of the oil from each plant is experienced. Oils can be synthesized in a lab so we need to be educated consumers. When the high quality type oils (Young Living) are used consistently, the essential oils will cleanse, nourish, and support us in our physical and emotional healing.
Aromatherpy is centuries old
If oils have been around for thousands of years, why haven’t we heard much about them? Since the discovery of ways to copy the bodies chemical reactions (example, aspirin to reduce pain) with drugs made in a laboratory, this has been what most of us grew up with and have recommended to us by medical doctors. Medical doctors are trained only in synthetics and synthetics are what are advertised on T.V. and media. Synthetics do have effects, yet as I said above, the chemicals we expose ourselves over time will have consequences. We have free will, and the choice to go natural is not always the ‘easy’ way. Fortunately, Young Living has great resources for learning, and I teach classes too.
